Been a long time since I signed in, had lost a stone but just returning after having a baby and have put on a lot of weight. Breastfeeding so no extreme dieting for me, just going to watch what I eat and try and do some moderate exercise over the next few weeks. Once breastfeeding established will start calorie counting again.
