Lowest weight since returning April 16, 2014. This took just 2 days of a little effort to keep calories to below 1300. Easy peasy. Near term goal is 123 (which I was on January 11,2014). Next goals: 123, 120, 119, 116. Long term goal 115.
56.7 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week
