Yesterday I worked for 12 hours so I did not workout. I stayed within my calorie requirements.

Measurements (Athletic)
Body Fat% - 25.6
Muscle Mass% - 41.4
Body Water% - 56.5
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 4.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
