Yesterday I really blew a great day of staying on program. Made it all day but last night I could not resist the bran/cran muffin in the frig--but it cost me :-(. My carbs tripled with one item--unbelievable and a bit scary. Will not be doing that again.
95.3 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
