Starting a low carb diet today, I have been doing low calorie for the past year and a half, I have lost a significant amount of weight. But I need to start focusing more on protein and fats, my iron levels are super low and I’m having headaches everyday. I’m just going to try this for a while and see if it helps.
79.4 kg Lost so far: 30.5 kg.    Still to go: 30.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
