Going to try weighting myself everyday this week and see how it goes. At least I will be able to monitor how I am doing on a daily basis. Time will tell.
136.1 kg Lost so far: 15.2 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.9 kg a Week
