Wow, I was and wasn't expecting this kind of weight gain. Pretty sure it's a lot of fluid but that doesn't excuse anything. I got back to sneaking junk again. All I can do is start again today. No more say!
138.8 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
