Another month of not being able to take good care of myself. My gastrointestinal problems continue. Need to figure out how to deal with them. That is on top of increasingly more depressing situation at work. Which is probably partialy responsible for my gastro problems. Anyway somehow I need to get back into making myself take care of my body as priority number one again.
