Yesterday was my day off from exercise. I decided I would have a whole slice of cheesecake for lunch. I went out to eat at the Cheesecake Factory and I had salmon, broccoli and asparagus along with my piece of plain cheesecake. It was good too. I stayed within my calorie requirements with no problems. The good thing is I didn't gain any weight or loose any weight.

I am still trying to determine if I am athletic or not. Until then I will continue to take the two measurements.

Athletic Measurements
Body Fat % - 28.9
Body Water % - 53.9
Muscle Mass % - 40.4
Bone Mass - 4.4 lbs

Normal Measurements
Body Fat % - 34.3
Body Water % - 48.4
Muscle Mass % - 39.2
Bone Mass - 4.2 lbs
64.0 kg Lost so far: 5.2 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
