Slight fluctuation vs yesterday which was actually pretty unexpected. yesterday afternoon TOM basically began so I was expecting a bit of an upwards movement today.
But I actually have kept myself very well hydrated to try to battle the bloating, so far pretty successful. I don't feel quite as much like a whale as I normally do.
Also because yesterday I was bit grouchy and ended up binging a bit on nuts and stuff at home all of which were salted. So was a bit worried about the salt intake. BUT all seems good.
Lets see how the next couple of days go :)
