Feel much better after this weight in. I made a few small changes that is making a big difference. I'm sure if I stay on this path I just might conquer the yo-yo pattern. Not looking for another disappointment next weigh in.Just finished a walk of 8.57 KMs (5.23 miles).
133.8 kg Lost so far: 17.5 kg.    Still to go: 9.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
