Hezhturann's Journal, 11 May 22

Was so tired last night I did not think I would be able to do 30 minutes on the treadmill, so I thought if I did at least 10 that would be better than nothing. Got on there and ended up staying on the whole 30 minutes. Yay!
84.3 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 18.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.6 kg a Week
