I started my 1 hour a day exercise. Yesterday I got a bonus 1 hr of walking in. My making dinner plans where scraped because of the garage door repair guy not being done. I ended up picking fast food but made some good decision and got Chipotle. Busy day today getting the house ready for company.
57.8 kg Lost so far: 1.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
