Wow, you are doing fantastic, can I ask how many calories a day you eat? You are an inspiration!

I generally land between 1100-1200 calories. I eat 1 meal and 1 snack (snack is always a handful of mixed nuts and dried cranberries plus a spoonful of manuka honey, ground flax seed and chia seeds) and I fast 1-2 days a week where I eat no more than 500 calories. And I run about 20-25km a week and play softball twice a week now too.)

I should add I didn’t go straight to 1200 calories, I worked down gradually and if I’m hungry I eat. My big rule for myself on this journey is eat to not feel hungry. So I never eat to feel full I eat a small bit just to not feel hungry then don’t eat until I feel hungry again. So my 1 “meal” I usually make at around 3:30 and I’ll pick at it a few bites at a time as I need but I won’t “finish” it until 7/8 and if I’m not hungry I won’t finish it. My energy, mood and just overall feeling throughout the day is so much more even and better I don’t think the traditional “meal” world worked for me.
