Thought today I would do my measurements the first time since January and compare them back to June 22nd 2021 when I first did them after getting inspired by others on here.
I don’t have my original measurements from before I joined I didn’t like to look at myself then.
I’m weird and measure bust, waist, hips in inches easier to visualise and the others in cm.
June 22nd 2021 (45-37-43) Hip measurement - 43 inches Waist measurement - 37 inches Chest measurement - 45 inches Thigh measurement - 55 cm Calf measurement - 37 cm Upper arm measurement - 30.5 cm Wrist measurement - 16.2 cm
Today April 29th 2022 (39.5/32/37.5) Hip measurement - 37.5 inches Waist measurement - 32inches Chest measurement - 39.5 inches Thigh measurement - 50 cm Calf measurement - 35.5 cm Upper arm measurement - 27.5 cm Wrist measurement - 15 cm
Chest lost 5.5 inches Waist lost 5 inches Hips lost 5.5 inches
Really cool to see this all written out as you can see I’m thick in the middle still 😂😂

Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Wow what a difference! Thick in the middle.... LOL I am more thick between the ears, well done you. I don't have a waist so I can never tell, as my stomach is bigger than my abdominal area, I have a weirdest body in the world I reckon. All good, looking for you when you see it on paper. And yeah all my weight was carried in the stomach my legs, butt arms are really pretty normal now I’m happy with how they look but the stomach is carrying all the rest of my excess weight.
I can be a bit thick in general foo 😎
