Got STUCK for a month - but only I was to blame. I started slacking! Now I am back on track and following my meal plan 100%. Also - now that it's warm and I can windsurf again I'm moving a little more (cardio). This makes cardio enjoyable! Yesterday I sailed for 3.5hrs and didn't even feel like I wanted to eat. I was pursuing my passion! So it didn't matter :)
