Given that yesterday was our one year anniversary all bets were off. OF course my day was still a lowcarb day, thats nothing out of the ordinary but I did eat... and then i ate a bit more... and then a bit more.
There was cheese, nuts, meat, etc etc...
The salt content of what I ate I don't even want to know... but when i woke up this morning I felt like a dehydrated tomato.
SO! Given the amount of food I consumed and the amount of salt, the slight increase was hardy a surprise and to be fair not nearly as bad as I had anticipated.
But its Monday, its a new week and with no "special" events coming up I can get back into my normal routine. The next couple of days will be as LC as possible in case I did go overboard accidentaly. Never hurts to have a few days where you go extra clean.
