After 4 days of having family and friends over, and going out to eat, I thought I would have gained a lot! So I’m happily surprised that I gained only 1.4 pounds.
69.3 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
