Okay so I gained a lot of weight. Today is the start of my 5 week starvation ( fastening ) challenge. I still have to perform at least 20 min workout so, yeah.
60.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
