My exercise is good. My eating this week was better with trying to record. Fell off track some on the weekend. I need to be careful over Easter especially if travel to spend the weekend with family.
76.9 kg Lost so far: 1.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
