In my search for low calorie meals for hubby and myself. I kept finding meals that fit into or are labeled as being part of the Mediterranean diet. So I started reading the recipes and finding that the meals were easy, quick and filling without the high calories.

And having nothing off limits, is great to "allow" sweets based on fruits, nuts and honey.
