Shark week and binging the last few days. I haven't exercised in a while but I'm starting back on track today. Started the day with a healthy breakfast and plenty of water, going to exercise as soon as the twins give me a chance.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
