It’s hard to be consistent. 😞 When there’s company and friends, there’s always lots of delicious food.

In our society, good food (and lots of it!) is often a way to express love and friendship, so it can sometimes feel pretty uncomfortable to decline bigger/additional portions! I have learned to handle this by taking *my* preferred amount, then eating it verrry slowly, and being especially effusive with the compliments about the food and how delicious it all is! … just a suggestion … 😊
