Disgusted with myself that I have gained over 10 pounds over the last couple of months. Got to get back on track. Have been trying the past couple of days to write down what I eat. It just seems that I have no control. Peanut butter has become my enemy - I crave the stuff. Won't buy anymore for awhile because if it is in the house - I eat it.
