Haven't been keeping up the food diary but I have been keeping up the "no late night snacks" policy, and trying to eat healthier foods. Seems to be working, albeit slowly.
75.8 kg Lost so far: 6.7 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
