This week I did GREAT!!! I tracked ALL of my food intake, I ate at home for the most part and I was able to get in some interesting exercise... My son had camp at Balboa Park in San Diego this past week every morning, so I stayed and walked all around each day. It was low-key but I got a ton of walking done! :)
