I’m definitely a stress eater. I expect my weight will be going up for the next few weeks. I’m getting ready to go back to Montana and decide what to do with my mother’s possessions. She passed away in October. This will probably be my last check in until I’m back home.

130.8 kg Lost so far: 14.3 kg.    Still to go: 40.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
