Just a small drop, but a drop nonetheless. I've been doing good with walking. Getting out every day despite the weather. Still working on portion size but getting better. Onward downward!
97.6 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
