Did 135 squats yesterday, 60 crunches, 85 toe raises, 30 second wall sit, some various arm lifts with 2lb weights and a few floor leg exercises, a 10 minute stretching video and a 10 minute intense ab video (pop pilates).
75.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 16.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
