i'm at a plateau. i know it's a winter thing, I'm eating the sufficient calories to lose wieght but have to move it more and eat more calories in veggies and fruit but considering it's the winter, i'm still working it and not resting on my laurels my focus is strong. i have been doing really well and not depriving myself so as this is a lifestyle, will know that i have to work past this plateau. i'm not worried or sad about it
