Mais non... et même si tu reprends un kilo, ce n'est pas bien grave, il faut te faire plaisir aussi sinon tu ne tiendras pas!

Tu as raison. Je fais en sortes de rester active aujourd'hui 11km de marché, 25mn de rameur raison 1h de vélo d'appartement.
