I'm having a lot of trouble sticking to my plan. It seems like one moment of weakness and I feel like I need to detroy a whole day. If I mess up for lunch and go overboard, I need to just acknowledge it and get right back on track. Instead, I figure, "oh well, lunch already threw me off track for the day, I guess I'll pig out the rest of the day and start over tomorrow. :( That's not what I want, but I feel a bit out of control lately. I feel like I'm not going to succeed and then I get in my own head and give up after one mistake. Where is my self-control? I'm so mad at myself.
