Oh my goodness! I don't know what is going on with my fluctuation of weight 🤦🏽♀️It is so hard not to be discouraged. I have cut back on soooo many of the bad things I used to eat daily. I cut out fast food pretty much all together. For Valentine's Day all I want is a small caramel frappe from McDonald's 😭 Decisions decisions 🤷🏽♀️
