This is for 2 weeks so slower weight loss in Jan but the past 4 weeks I have eaten more and not been as active although I'm still MUCH more active than 9 months ago. I may need to move out my golas but keeping them for now.
Anyone else struggle with getting to the end? Part of the challenge is that I feel great and think I look great even though I know I am still 40+ lbs from getting out of overweight BMI. I can buy clothes in the "regular" section and thrifting is so much fun now.
I'm hoping to get back on track this week but even if I stay at this slower pace, that works too. What I need to make sure is that I don't go back to old habits and that 1 ice cream bar one 1 day doesn't turn into 2-a-day every day habit - which is so easy to fall into.
