I like his site because almost all of it is free. Only a couple of books are for purchase. You should check it out and follow him on social media.
I use his THT principles as the foundation for the workout I do as part of his TSPA program, and you can see my logs to validate my progress. Plus I have a progress log on his forum with pictures. His stuff is scientific, simple, and just plain works!
