Worked out really hard in my weight-lifting class last night. The downside to the hard weight-lifting is that I am SOOO hungry after. I try to eat light in the evenings, but after the hard workout I keep finding myself gravitating to the refrigerator.
89.6 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 8.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
