Ideal Weight's Journal, 27 May 14

I lost five pounds!!! This is just the result I needed for my first week. I counted all calories Monday to Friday last week and over the weekend I tried to just make reasonable choices without really counting. I did okay, but I know I did a lot of boredom eating. So this week I'm going to track all 7 days. So excited!! :)
114.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
