Stayed same, and a bewildering 1 on at WW. Seriously peed off with this now, I had 3 indulgent days last week, of which only ONE I went over my calories used, then was good as gold 4/7 days, and I put on a pound at WW. I should have stayed the same, at least! And despite how miserable that was, I've been good again this week too and for bugger all result! It's SO frustrating :-( I still blame the coil, altho probably if I got run over by a bus I'd blame it for that too lately! Thankfully I've got my review after half term, and I'm sure he'll think me shallow but I want it out. In the meantime I just have to keep at it to avoid making it worse, but it's very miserable to be on so little. No chance of reaching my target for my birthday now, which is really gutting since I would have been easily there by now on this effort pre-coil. Just hope its side effects are quickly reversed.
