Don’t like what I entered today. Does eating late in the evening negatively affect my weight loss?
74.4 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It depends. I work from 4pm to 10pm. So for last 3 years I wouldn't eat all day maybe a small snack on my way to work. Coming home from work I was starving so I would eat my dinner and big portions plus my sweets and I gained 40 lbs in two of those years. So now I eat my breakfast, lunch and then I do a light workout after lunch. Now I bring my super at work and eat it around 6pm and when I get home sometimes I'm full but a sweet craving. So I eat a 3/4 cup of chocolate frozen yogurt with 2 strawberries sliced or just some berries or one piece of a chocolate just to get rid of that craving. So far in two half weeks I have lost 10 lbs. I am also drinking lots of water plus in the morning before I have my breakfast and coffee I have one glass of water with a splash of lemon juice. Don't worry it will come off. I'm sure I will see myself gain a few back or plateau.
