My muscles are pretty sore from a workout a couple of days ago so I think I may take today off from any hard workout and just walk around the block or something for exercise. I am taking my kids to the movies today and movie popcorn is a weakness of mine so wish me luck! I feel really good about my loss so far and don't want to mess it up, I am still motivated.
