Well butterfly.....i went on this other diet program 3 yrs ago and i was losing apro 3-5kg a fortnight, it was fantastic in loseing so much weight, but you know what..... it was not a healthy way of loseing it, i stacked it all back on again. The experts say that the best and long lasting weight loss is aprox 1 -2kg a fortnight, ive been trying to get my head around that it is only lbs a weeks that im loseing, its frustating, butive got the remember, THIS IS A HEALTHY LONG LASTING RESULT.
