Hi Savannah!😊So I also struggled getting back into the habit of eating healthy and excercise so Iv gone back to intermittent fasting, personally I feel it helps control your cravings, the calories you consume and also it shrinks your stomach so you end up eating less. maybe try it and it will help reset your habits. So far iv lost 1.5kgs and i started IF on sunday. Hope you have a good year in health. Take care🌻💫

Hi Savannah! I've been cutting down my calories by 50 cals a week, starting from my average which was 1800 cal. I have also being getting in my steps = 12500 a day, exercising 3 - 5 days a week and cutting back on processed food. ❤️

Hang in there, you're not doing nothing. Keep on trying, one day at a time.

Just keep trying ❤️
I’m on day 3 - back to forcing myself to exercise and eating clean. Still giving in to a cookie or salticrax here and there but its a start.
It really is an internal battle but we can do it again 🧘🏼♀️🙌🏻

It's ok.
You're gonna make it. Think most of us put on some weight over December. It's human. Just make up your mind and hit the START button again.

I find doing meal prep for the week helps me, its pre-set what i need to be eating and healthy things prepped and ready if I feel a craving coming so I have something to grab when needed
