Slight up jump vs the weekend.
It seems that at the moment I'm doing something "wrong". I've decided that no more little naughty things... i've some some diabetic chocolate and etc etc... that now I just want to post-TOM give my body a good kick up the booty and eat clean. Limit the fake sugars in particular.
Its not that I've been "bad" but just think i've allowed too many extras which may have added up more than I anticipated. SO a good 2 weeks of eating as clean as possible should be just fine.
I've got a goal in mind now which makes it all easier to focus... 13th of July is my wedding anniversary, I would like that by then to be at least 60kg. Thats 2 KG... it will be a challenge especially since I have a massively busy schedule for the whole of June with both work and private but somehow I just need to make it happen. It also helps that the weather is getting better and I want to feel more comfortable and confident in my summer dresses and cute tops :)
