Another day another few ounces, or pounds! I am still very excited about this challenge, motivated and ready to accomplish my goals! I feel the burn from yesterday and love it. I am headed to the gym now and think that my optimism and my determination are going to help me overcome that plateau.
75.1 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
