Waist up to 30" this morning - very bloated. I don't feel like I got enough water yesterday, even though I had over 4 liters. I also had coffee and milk, so should have made sure I got all 6.
Dairy is also an issue for me and can cause joint pain and bloating, so it's probably just from the milk I drank. I also had 2 peach pieces (and I KNOW there was extra sugar from the syrup), so I'll have to try those another day and see if that has any effect as well. Other than that, I got the most veggies ever yesterday (20 NC) and BM last night, but not this morning. Didn't sleep well, and up just after 3:30 to make Brent breakfast and get him off to work. No sleep, little water also equals bloating. We'll be getting up between 4 and 4:30 every morning this week.
