Day 1 went very well with just minor annoyances throughout the day, of course the nagging caffeine deprivation headache is the absolute worst part of it all :). I am looking forward to day two and succeeding again. Go Team!
As my day went I thought that I had eaten too much today because I felt satisfied and full all day but it turns out that I ate very well because my foods were balanced and healthy. I am very excited to see what tomorrow's scale reading is :) I am having so much fun with this challenge! Thanks guys!
