Eating food that I don't normally eat sounds fun, but really just is sickening. body fat is still down, lean muscle mass is up....start the HCG p2 protocol day three tomorrow.....600 calories. 150 is the goal with 25% body fat....then I'll give up sugar and carbs for a year to keep the new set point.....also, sugar will be forever because it really makes me ill.
More than anything, HCG seems like a serious cleanse....I have no desire to go back to carbs, sugar or alcohol. Going to strictly follow the protocol so that I can lose the weight!
