Yesterday I did a 2500 step walk around the neighborhood. Then, we went for a 6.6 hike. Then I took my grandsons bowling. I did expect my weight to go down not slightly up lol
71.4 kg Lost so far: 7.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
