Well it's start of a New Year and new resolutions. I'm not going to make them too hard. My goal this year is 26 lbs or better. No pressure. That's like 2.2 lbs a month. Also I plan of staying away from the junk food as much as possible and no eating after 8pm or 9am on shift work.
138.8 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Not Applicable.
Gaining 3.2 kg a Week
