No weight loss showing but inches are disappearing as I gain muscle mass being back out to work. Gotta love it! My scale seems a bit confused right now! hahaha
76.1 kg Lost so far: 7.8 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
